At Quixotic Hair Design & Makeup Artistry, we are committed to providing exceptional products and services. Please review our policies carefully before making a purchase or booking an appointment.
All appointment deposits are non-refundable but are fully transferable to one future appointment when a client reschedules with at least 24 hours' notice.
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service.
Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the total scheduled service amount.
Clients who cancel with the required notice may transfer their deposit to a future appointment.
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
The deposit will be applied toward the balance owed.
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notifying the salon ("No-Show") will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking.

RETURNS ---- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
